Brilliant Communications (BrilliantCom) was established in 2004 to serve as an independent service department for Gauteng and Cape Town based communication companies with interests in Kwazulu Natal. Over the past few years the nature of the business that we have been involved in has steadily expanded.
We have grown into an entity that is able to meet the Communications, Data and Office Automation needs of any organization. All of the owner-members are involved in the day-to-day business. Our partnerships with Yeastar, Yealink, ZKTEco, Hikvision, Centracom, PVS, Universal Office Automation Solutions, YourCommunications, Link Africa, SeaCom, Next Generation Networks, Telkom and OKI Printers ensure that we will always be at the forefront of Communications and Office Automation developments.
Our services include; the supply and installation of PBX’s, Fiber & Data solutions, VoIP, Least Cost Routing, IT, Networking and Wireless infrastructure, CCTV, Access Control, Office Automation and the repair and maintenance of all associated hardware. We also consult for insurance loss adjusters and help to ensure that the companies claiming are treated fairly.

Internet Services
As our nature dictates, we have researched the ins and outs of Internet Service Provision for a good couple of years before we launched our services. We closely looked at the current industry and how the big corporates compound their profits by reducing the standard of service. This is easy for them because Internet services can only really be experience by the user.
Since we have always had the ethos of value for money and quality service, we pointedly compiled an Internet Service that is as a standard Uncapped; Unshaped (no line speed reduction after reaching a soft-cap ceiling), Low in contention (which allows for faster flow of information), symmetrical and actively managed for optimal performance. All this at realistic price points!
Our belief is that we can build a sustainable future by providing a quality product at affordable pricing that will ensure customer loyalty. This loyalty is cemented with our existing customers after they experienced a true internet service.
VoIP
This is a computer language for transmitting the human voice in digital form over the Internet or other IP networks as an audio stream, instead of using traditional telephone lines. This allows for cheaper and even free calls.
The VoIP network is built around redundancy, calls automatically failover between networks in the event of network failure. We have monitoring solutions to proactively maintain the networks at all times. With the use of gateways we can enable VoIP services on your existing hardware.
We use Fibre, LTE or Wireless for last mile connections. Features include LCR(least Cost Routing) and TMS(Telephone Managment System) to measure call usage and Call Recording to monitor work effectiveness and complaints.

Port your existing numbers from any current provider to us and save on your current line costs. Keep your number for life (even if you move offices to another province).

Free Inter-branch calls
All calls between branches are free on the VoIP network. You can make calls to a direct number (DDI) at another branch (as long as both sites are connected to the VoIP Network) for free without having to change anything on your PBX or number ranges.
Because all customers on the VoIP network can call each other for free, you should introduce your most commonly dialled customers or suppliers to VoIP. If both companies are on the same VoIP network, you can call each other for free all day.
If you have a home office or remote office, we can connect them to the VoIP network using the internet available.
Wired and Wireless Networking
It connects all the electronic equipment on a central network and allows ease of access and manageability.

Pan Tilt and Zoom Cameras can be manually controlled by an operator or can be setup to a patrol route. This route can be interrupted by motion detected and it will track the motion until out of view.
